• Taxes: Rates do not include any applicable sales tax.

• Business Hours

- Office Hours: 8am to 8pm

- Check-Out Time: 10am

- Check-In Time 3pm

• Deposits: A $100 deposit is required to be paid in full at time of reservation. All deposits will be deducted from the balance of the final bill. Phone reservations will be held no longer than 7 days without a deposit.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposit refunded (less 15%) provided you cancel 60 days in advance and room is rebooked for full time of reservation. You are responsible for payment for cabin booked for any days it is not rebooked. No refunds for early departures.

• Holiday Weekends: There is a three day minimum booking for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

• Booking Minimum: Due to high demand, there is a one week minimum booking for the period starting with the first week of June through the second week of August. Check-in is on Saturday and check-out will be the following Saturday

• Fall/Spring Special: Fall and spring are wonderful times to visit Fish’n Fun. In addition to fishing and hiking, there are many other activities at regional attractions and it is just a beautiful time to relax and unwind at Fish'n Fun. You can enjoy your activities set against the beautiful fall colors or views of nature waking from winter. All the great activities, scenery and relaxation are specially priced for fall/spring Fish'n Fun guests.

• Smoking: All cabins are now non-smoking. However, you are welcome to smoke on your patio. A clean-up fee will be charged if smoke is detected in your cabin.

• Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any and all damages found during or after departure. You are responsible for keeping and leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found when you arrived. Guests who smoke indoors and/or leave a room in poor cleaning condition will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $100. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. Fish'n Fun Resort will not be responsible for loss or damage to valuables.

				• Sleeping Arrangements - Cabins 1 thru 8 have 2 double beds each - Cabins 10 & 12 have 2 dbl. beds and 1 dbl. sofabed - Cabin 14 has 2 dbl. beds and 1 dbl sofabed - Cabin 15 has 3 queen beds and 2 dbl sofabeds - Cabin 16 has 2 queen beds and 2 queen sofabeds • Visitors: If you have guests visit you while you are staying at Fish n' Fun, please let us know by checking in at the office. If your guests will be using the pool, swim dock or dock area, there will be a $5.00 fee per day/per guest added to your bill. • Pets: Well mannered pets are always welcome. We charge $10.00 per day/per dog. All dogs need to be in a carrier when left unattended and on a leash while on resort grounds. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by pets and for picking up after pets.
