Meet the Owners
Fish’N’Fun Resort has been hosting fun, nature-filled family vacations at our family resort near Branson, MO since 1958. We are Stephanie and Tyler Carpenter, and we have been enjoying the area of Shell Knob and Fish’N’Fun as vacationers for many years. In November of 2020 we decided to move here from Round Rock, TX to enjoy the lake year-round and to continue to host the magical family fun that happens here. Tyler has extensive experience in Construction Management, and Stephanie is a registered nurse.
Improvements to the family resort near Branson, MO so far include: cabin flooring has been replaced, the air conditioners & heaters have been replaced, the front deck on two cabins have been replaced, and there’s lots of fresh paint. The pool area has been updated to feature a water slide and splash pad, with a bar/grill area under a pergola for shade. We look forward to having you as our guests!
Scott Hoover2023-09-09Resort is great. But all the stupid people in boats going fast is the boat will go past the docks and past your fishing lines . People don't care about anyone or anyones property as long as they can party and get drunk. Table Rock Lake is turning into Lake of Ozarks.
Administrator BHI2023-09-04Just to advise you, there are only 3 forks and no big serving spoon in #5. Would also appreciate some plastic drinking cups. None of these are a big deal. Loved everything! See you next year!
Susie Wernli2023-08-28We enjoyed our time at Fish n Fun. We were with a large group from Kansas, Illinois, Colorado, New Mexico, and even California. The ages ranged from under 1-93! The new owners are a sweet family that have worked very hard to update the cabins. They are extremely clean and really cute! The dock is really nice as well as the pool area. It has a slide and splash pad along with a great outdoor kitchen. Which we enjoyed gathering as a group to prepare our meals and eat together. There is an adorable sandbox made inside an old John boat, that the little ones had a blast in. There is also a really nice playground .We sure hope to return again..
Susan Moore2023-08-22We had a family gathering at Fish n Fun Resort. The cabins were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Each cabin has a small kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator. At the pool there is a really nice outdoor kitchen which we used for several group meals. The pool is clean and well-maintained and has a slide and a splash pad. It was easy to get clean towels. Over all, we had a great experience and would do this again. I highly recommend Fish n Fun Resort!
